White Glove Delivery Service

Often times furniture is heavier and more awkward to move than most people realize. To ensure your merchandise arrives in your home damage-free, we offer our White Glove Delivery Service.
  **We will give you a 30 minute window for on-time delivery.
 
  **Our staff will unpack, inspect, and prepare your merchandise for delivery.
 
   **Your merchandise will be set up in your home. Large case items such as entertainment centers, hutches, and door chests, etc, will be leveled.
 
  **Delivery staff will move your existing furniture to another room or the garage to make room for your new furniture. Because of time constraints, they cannot move other items.
 
  **We take full responsibility for getting the new furniture into your home without damaging the new furniture or your property.
 
  **Your delivery fee includes FREE One-Year in-home one-time warranty service on your new furniture. Clearance items are excluded in this offer.

Customer Pickup Policy

  **Most merchandise will come out of a carton, customers are responsible for packing materials.
 
  **Blankets and tie-down straps are recommended.
 
  **We will load your merchandise on your vehicle, but you must secure it.
 
  **Dining room tables and some recliners will require partial assembly, this is customer's responsibility. An assembly fee is charged for an in-home assistance.
 
  **Pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure merchandise is prepared and inspected.
 
  **Pickup times are Monday through Friday 10 am to 5:30 pm.
